On the two pillars are the pine branch swags Kristina made with the branches we cut off of our Christmas tree.  Also shown is the revised lighting pattern for the railing on our porch.  The new pattern reduced the number of lights from the 300 we used for Halloween down to 150.  This was necessary as we were using chasing lights which could not be extended by connecting additional strings.
